Being the second child of the Seesink family and the only son Frank was born in The Hague on March 15, 1968.
He was baptized in the Holy Family church, the same parish church in which his parents were married four years earlier and also where Elleke had been baptized. Tom's sister Joke and her husband Kees were present as Frank's Godfather and Godmother. His dad was already in the States but came home for awhile to be present at Frank's birth. On July 1, 1968 he left Holland

He attended nursery school in Lutherville followed by kindergarten in Towson.

In 1974 he started in 1st. Grade on the "Immaculate Conception" school our parochial school in Towson, the same school where Elleke was now in 3rd. Grade.

When in 1976 the family moved to Northern New Jersey Frank attended 2nd. Grade and continued his studies on the elementary school in Franklin Lakes.
At that time his sister was attending 4th grade in the same school.

In 1980 when he had almost completed 6th grade the family moved again, now to Blairstown where he had to finish off his 6th Grade year in the Blairstown elementary school.
In September, 1980 Frank continued in 7th Grade at the North Warren Regional High School, the same school where Elleke was attending 9th Grade.
In 1986 he graduated and went on to the West Virginia University (WVU).
In 1992 he graduated  from WVU in computer science and stayed on with the university where he worked part time while studying for his master degree.

In 1996 he accepted a job in Allentown and left the university. However since his actual workplace was at Bloomberg in New Jersey he left home and moved into an apartment in Princeton, N.J.
In 1997 he stopped working for the firm and returned home with the intention to set up his own shop.
While he was getting himself organized he was offered a job in West Virginia with WVNET.
It happened to be a job right in his alley and he accepted.
So, Frank moved back to what has become his second hometown, Morgantown, West Virginia.

Frank met Teresa in Morgantown, WV years ago.

In May 2001 she graduated from the University of West Virginia for her master's degree in the English language and is now continuing her studies in the PhD program. In the meantime she is also teaching.

Frank works for WVNET in Morgantown where both of them now have settled down.

On August 4, 2001 wedding bells took the whole family down to Brasil where the couple married a local church in Teresa's hometown Vila Velha.

From the old Family Picture Album

(L) He always slept well. Nothing has changed........

(R) On the water in Rotterdam. He loved the ships......
(L) They were lousy fishers but had a lot of fun.

(R) His dream machine with a mighty 64 K !! (1985)
(L) Chocolate, anytime.............

(R) Now he takes a book with him.............
(L) Don't try that ever again.......

(R) Leave me out of this. This is for girls......not for men.
(L) If he had only known that he was sitting on dad's lap.

(R) He did not need to go far away to do this......
(L) He did not make the Yankees but loved the sport.

(L) Frank and dad are vigorous trap-shooters.
